How does billing work?

We invoice you at wholesale monthly. You bill your clients directly at whatever rate you choose — we have no visibility into your margins.

Can clients contact us directly?

Only if you want them to. You control the support email and help links they see. We only step in if you escalate.

What happens if a client leaves you?
